The Thermette

You want to boil water? The Thermette can do that... more water, faster, and without using any fuel. (Fuel from a can or a bottle, that is.) Kindling, little sticks, a match and four or five minutes and, voila!

Kiwi gave me one of these years ago and I still have it. I bought the all-copper version a few years later and I still use it often. I don't know... maybe this is a good gift idea. I sure like mine.
